The enquiry builder

The form prepares an email draft in your browser. It does not submit its fields to Tadpole Story, save them in a website database or store them in your browser’s local storage. The draft is not sent until you choose to send it from your email app. Copying the enquiry places its text on your clipboard.

Past-work access requests

The access form prepares an email request with your name, email, organisation and the context you provide. You choose whether to send it. We review access requests individually and may ask for more information. Sending a request does not automatically grant access or reveal any past-work material.

Email enquiries

If you send us an email, your email provider and ours process the message. We use the details you share to respond, discuss your request and administer any resulting engagement. Sending an enquiry does not enrol you in marketing. Please avoid confidential, sensitive or third-party personal information in an initial enquiry.

Access and requests

To ask about an enquiry you have emailed or request its deletion, contact contact@tadpolestory.com from the address you used. We may need to verify the request. Project-specific data access and handling are agreed as part of the engagement.

Website services

The site does not load analytics, advertising cookies, external fonts or marketing scripts. Hosting and security services may process technical request information needed to serve and protect the website. Following an external source link takes you to a separate website with its own privacy practices.
